What SharedDays Collects

SharedDays collects the information needed to run a shared family calendar and household planner:

• Account details such as email address, display name, authentication identifiers, and sign-in metadata.
• Family information such as family name, member profiles, roles, invite details, and optional home area.
• Planner content such as events, reminders, comments, checklists, shopping items, chores, meal plans, notes, and calendar subscriptions.
• Notification data such as push device tokens, notification preferences, agenda email preferences, and queued reminder status.
• Weather settings such as a town, city, postcode, or family location query when weather is enabled.
• Ad configuration and advertising identifiers if ads are enabled in a release build.
• Diagnostic information such as app version, platform, build number, user ID, family ID, error messages, and support-request context to improve reliability and investigate problems.

How SharedDays Uses Data

We use this data to provide the app, sync family plans across devices, send reminders and agenda messages, show optional weather, maintain security, provide support, and improve reliability.

Sharing

Family content is shared with members of the family spaces you create or join. We use service providers for hosting, authentication, notifications, weather, email delivery, and ads where enabled. We do not sell personal data.

Retention And Deletion

You can request deletion from Settings in the app or through the data deletion page. Account deletion removes your login, profile, personal settings, notification devices, private queues, and personal comments. Shared family records may remain for other members with your account identity removed where needed to preserve their household plans.

Security

SharedDays uses Supabase authentication, row-level security, and server-side functions for privileged account deletion. No service-role keys are stored in the app.
