Data Deletion

Delete In The App

  1. Open SharedDays and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings, then Account.
  3. Type DELETE in the confirmation field.
  4. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

What Is Deleted

Account deletion removes your login, profile, email from SharedDays profile records, settings, notification device records, queued private notification/email records, and personal comments. Families where you are the only real account owner are deleted. Families with another account member are transferred to another adult or account member before your membership is removed.

Shared Family Records

Shared calendar events, lists, chores, meals, notes, and subscriptions may remain available to other family members where needed to preserve their household plans. Your account identity is removed from those shared records.

Request By Email

If you cannot access the app, email support@shareddays.app from the email address on your account and ask for account deletion. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
